What's a Band Kit?
Our #superessebandkits are tools and supplies that attach to the strap of your wrist watch or to your paracord strap. The supplies are concealed under ranger bands that wrap around the watch band or bracelet. Concealed under the ranger bands are micro survival supplies such as a fish hook, tinder, ferro rod, kevlar saw, jute rope, ceramic blade, water purification tablet, or glow light. It is a survival kit mod for your watch or bracelet. The stretch of ranger bands allows these kits to easily be added to your current paracord bracelet upgrading a basic band into an advanced survival bracelet.
Will it fit my watch or paracord strap?
Band Kits will fit virtually any watch including GShock, Suunto, Times, smart watches, Fossil and Casio as well as paracord and other band type bracelets.
How do I install the kit to my strap?
The ranger bands stretch and fit nearly any strap size. You can use a pair of needle-nose-pliers to stretch them easily to install and wrap around the strap. Peel back the ranger band or roll it up a bit as you stuff the supplied kit items underneath. Some items in the kit are loose while others are first secured inside a tinder tape patch or sealed packet.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS
Ranger Band Regular: Fire Tender & Smoke Signal (30 Second burn time), heavy duty rubber band, bandage for fingers. TIPS: Use band to secure smaller items to your bracelet.
Kevlar Escape Thread: Black hybrid cordage containing multiple strands of Aramid Kevlar. Highly resistant to heat and direct flames and Tensile rating of 300lbs. Tips, use back and forth motion to operate as friction saw for limbs, metal wires, lumber, etc. Use to cut ziptie and rope restraints.
Ranger Band Large: gear strapping, bundle loose items, water proof a survival tin or Zippo, use as shock absorber on cell phone, burn for a large signal flame, grip for pistol, etc.
Non-Metallic Handcuff key: TIHK brand with clip. Back up replacement for LEO, Military, Security Personnel or as concealed tool to defend against hostage/kidnapping/illegal detainments. Secured under ranger band for easy access. (New key may appear different that shown in photo)
Shim Saw: Steel handcuff or zipcuff shim tool. Sawing edge for cutting tasks. Lanyard holes for attachment to keys, necklace, zippers, etc.
Zirconia Ceramic Razor Blade and Fire Striker: (Wear Resistant - Non-Dulling Cutting Edge - Covert - Non Metallic - Concealable ). Strike against flint to create sparks, cutting blade for endless uses, razor sharp for shaving or skinning, sheath between a tip-split stick to use as defensive jabbing blade, etc.
30" Kevlar Saw or Kevlar Utility Thread (K.U.T.): (200lb tested - UV/Friction Resistant) Saw branches/zipties/ropes- Fashion a bow saw, catch wild game using as a snare wire, make a trip line, use as garrote. Adopted by US Army SERE specialists and NAVY Seals. TIPS: A. Use long back & forth sawing motions to reduce friction/damage to K.U.T. Concentrate sawing on a single point of item being cut. B. Wear gloves to protect your hand or create handles from a pen/stick.
Jute String/Tinder: 1 foot of 3 ply small rope, use as wound dressing for absorbent properties, tie down, fire tinder.
First Aid Tinder: Sealed flammable cotton swab material coated in antibacterial gel. Use for treating and disinfecting wounds or fore starting a fire.
Micro Ferrocerium Fire Steel Rod: To start a fire hold rod hand or press tip against hard surface while lighting into tinder nest. Scrape slowly to shave off Ferro shards for use as combustible tinder. Strike quickly to ignite tinder. Reflect sparks into nest of fine tinder, provide oxygen flow by blowing into the base of flame.
Tinder Wick Strand: A combustible wick, easy ignite, strong flame, long burn time, waterproof. TIPS: A. Fray red wick to create a tinder nest. B. Light. C. Each 1 inch piece of wick will burn for close to 1 minute.
Luminous Glow Light Surface: charge in seconds from natural/artificial light source(flashlight, sun, phone screen) generates minutes of a low glow output for seeing a map or operation orders in dark environments.
Signal/Comms Mirror: use in sunny conditions as a short range signaling tool to alert others of your location.
Black Steel Plated Security Pin: (heavy duty safety pin) TIPS: Provide sustenance by fashioning a fishing hook and pairing with paracord strands to catch food. Remove a splinter.
Braided Fishing Line: 65lb Super Line- Moss Green Microfilaments EBT, 100% Spectra Fiber.
Aquatab Water Purification Tablet(2liter treatment): Add 1 tab to 2l clear water, mix 10 minutes, let stand for 30 min, hydrate.
Tinder Tape Strap: Heavy duty adhesive Duct Tape with added flammable strands allowing a slow tar like burn. Stick to your kindling and ignite or wrap around a limb to use as a torch.
v82 Hi-Res Reflective Surface, (SOLAS equivalent: Safety Of Life At Sea): Coast Guard approved signal and safety tape adhered to buckle. Use to communicate your location or MORSE Code. Waterproof. Long distance visibility.
Luminous Compass: LAND-NAV tested. Fixed Luminous/Glow 360 Degree Dial. Impact Resistant, Waterproof, steamed fluid.

Glint Tag, Infrared reflective signal: Non-fabric surface glows to provide covert combat identification. Reflects IR light brightly to identify friend or for when viewed through night vision equipment (Domestic Shipping Only).
TIPS: The items in our watch band kits are loose standalone supplies. Use the included ranger bands to secure the items against a watch band or even a paracord bracelet’s band. You can use your fingers to slide the ranger bands on or use a pair of needle nose pliers to spread the band open and easily slide it on. After the ranger band is in place you can then pull it back or fold it over and place the supplies underneath.
